VISION BOARDS
Also known as a Mood Board, this is a visual representation comprising a curated selection of images, materials, and products meticulously arranged to convey the desired aesthetic, style and feel for the project.
FLOOR + SPACIAL PLANNING
Spatial planning plays a critical role during a renovation project by optimizing the layout to meet the specific needs and activities that will take place in the redesigned space, and ensures that the space is utilized efficiently.
SAMPLE BOARDS
While a Vision Board can visually represent the inspiration and guide for the design, a Sample Board serves to showcase precise products and materials intended for use in the project. This allows the client to see how the selections will work together.
SELECTION + SCHEDULES
Once the design vision has been agreed, the furniture, fixtures and fittings are listed in a detailed schedule to show all items that have been selected for the project. This ensures everything is covered before construction work begins.
